Out of control!!

So....now that I've been approved for surgery. I'm unsure on when to...how do I put this politely...completely embarrass my self, destroying every ounce of junk food on the planet, to get it out of my system..... I know, I know, I shouldn do it, and it's not a healthy decision... But I'm going to anyways!! I'm giving my self the whole weekend before my pre op diet to partake in the culinary sins of the world!! To stuff my face hole with straight up, unapologetic goodness! And then my life starts over! From fat to Matt!! Bring it on!!
