Well it has been a long while since I was on here.  I am down to 200 lbs.  I have had many problems in the last 2 months caused by myself not listening.  It all started with a real bad tooth ache.  So painful the tylenol which is what we are only to take was not touching it.  So I began to use advil and excedrin.  I thought I would use this and if I took over the counter zantac for stomach it would be ok  well I was wrong.  I ended up in the hospital with what I thought was a heart attack and turns out I gave my self an ulcer and have a hyanial hernia and raw esophagus from acids.  Now I am back on some meds I thought I would never be on again.  I still feel tight in the chest and fell bad if I drink anything but water.  I am back to only eating a fist full of food or 1 cup verses a meal.
