7/26/10 Dietitain told me to intake 1200 calories and 80-85g of protein a day. 3 meals or I can replace with protein shake and intake 64oz water a day and to exercise. Next appointment Aug 25 visit #2. I made one mistake on my psych test had to initial it I dont want to take another one over 370 questions. If I don't hear anything in week all is well. So far i have not recieve a bill from hospital still slightly concern. I been setting small goals weight to keep myself sane. I do have another appointment to PCP to see how my iron level & cholesterol check Aug 31 Weight at Dr. was 237. Home scale today 231.5

7/6/10 Getting sick of going to PCP but I have to because I am iron deficiency anemia. He has giving me prescription to take 3 iron pills a day if i start feeling sick to cut down to 2 & again If I feel sick 1 a day. I sit in his office about 3 hrs everytime I go i hate it. Anyway I see him in 2 months to check iron and cholesterol levels. My B12 & folate was little high so i'm good with that.

6/24/10 BCBS need 3 things to continue the process 1) psychological evaluation 2) 3-4 months participation in a non-surgical weight loss program 3) Why first bariatric surgery failed. Dr office said that #3 was submitted already with my history. Endoscopy show that my pouch is still small but other part of stoma food go right through. I have appt July 26th for psych & dietician. Once this is done BCBS will complete review for revision. So it look like i wont know anything until November. Also Dr office reassure me I will not get a bill from hospital. Thank God! That was really stressing me out. Wanted to add that Dr. D wanted to send me to Dr in Dallas to do Sclerotherapy insurance doesnt cover it so I wasn't interested. 6/22/10 I am going through some problem with insurance and hospital so my quest for revision maybe ending. Apparently I had endoscopy done in hospital that not in network, when the hospital told me they had a deal with my insurance. So i have major bill that maybe coming for from insurance or hospital but my husband said we will dispute this. I also been lurking Lap Band board and coming to the conclusion that I probably can't afford this if my aftercare for fills and xray and other complications that come with band isn't cover.

6/15/10 Saw Dr D. yesterday they are submitting predetermination letter to my insurance. It could take 3-4 week to see if i'm approve for revision. I think my husband is coming around a little. I have slight High Cholesterol but if i loss weight I will not need meds. I'm afew points away from having diabetes but dont have it yet. My PCP does support my decision to have revision. I'm taking prescription vitamin D. And have appt to my PCP next month. I'm anemia and he helping me get back on track with my blood levels. He also told me i might need b12 shot.

6/7/10 I felt so out of place at WLS support group today. I felt like i was the only one there who regain there weight back. Everyone seem to be so happy and losing weight. This is something my Dr. requested me to go to in order for him to consider me for revision. But when i got home my husband was so stress and worry he really doesn't want me to do this. He concern about the surgery and the cost of fills and Dr visit which i dont know detail of that yet.
