I weighed in today and weighed in at 193lbs. Thats a total loss of 56lbs since December 28, 2011 when I started my journey. I weighed 232lbs day of surgery, so thats a loss of 39lbs since surgery. I have had a stall at one week out, then again at 4 weeks out, then again 3 weeks later that lasted over a month. But since then I have had a loss. I went to Philadelphia the week of October 10-16 and had a gain of 1.8 lbs which we think is due to the swelling of me getting hurt while I was there and my arm swelled pretty good. But since came home have lost that and then some extra and goin steadily since then. I will try to post more pics later.
