Down 47 pounds and still going strong

I walked to the store today...yes sireee, I did. I remember the first time I walked to the store, I thought my lungs were going to fall out and was convinced I had develped asthma because I was having such a hard time breathing....not today though. I walked there and back, no heavy breathing, no pain in my legs, no regrets, just pride. Who else can feel a sense of victory in a trip to the store than someone who never could before. I am looking forward to many future walks to wherever it is I wish to go
