Sharon, Best of wishes to you as your journey to life begins. I too was about your size (larger actually) when I started my way to a better life. In a short time I have lost 135 lbs and can't wait until more rolls off! Take good care of yourself and walk all that you can. It will help with gas and blood clot issues... God speed... KimmieTN
