Today I am 206 lbs happy but could do better , will be working on improving eating behaviors .II am glad it is slow secondary to the fact i dont see much loose skin

Lets get rolling

Well I am 219.9 lbs I looked at a Gym membership today.It was Bally's now it is LA fitness.I enjoyed the tour and now it is time to get rolling cardio and tone up. The price is 199 and 19.99 a month.Well I looked at othe ones who were cheaper but they didnt have a pool or a sauna and I want those thing to help cool me off. Well after friday it is time to get busy.

I HAVE NOTHING TO WEAR OUT AND BEFORE IT WAS I WOULDNT BE CAUGHT OUT IN THAT. I AM 223LBS AND WILL CONTINUE TO WATCH THE WEIGHT MELT OFF .

Hey its been a month , I lost 22.5 lbs . Everyone is noticing the weight loss and I am happy . Still a challenge to exercise but will get that in check.
