"I adore Dr. Cleveland, and the staff. I don't feel like "just a number" with these guys. They know me by my first name and remember specifics about my case without having to look at the chart all the time. That's a personal touch you don't get all of the time. When I had a small complication, Jeannie even came to visit me and brought me a surprise!
I felt very informed long before I ever had surgery. The seminars and support group are great educational tools, both pre and post op. The staff held my hand through every step of getting approval. They are so helpful. I have had to call after hours before and was very pleased with the response time (it was immediate) and care that I received from one of Dr. C's associates. I feel very supported, and would recommend this group to anyone.
Dr. Cleveland has incredible bedside manners, and makes you feel right at home. He answers any and all questions you may have. He doesn't rush you out of the office. He will also go the extra mile for you when needed. I look forward to each visit with him and can't wait till my next one! :-) "
"As far as the bariatric recovery floor, it was A+++++. I had to be admitted a week later for a different problem, and was not satisfied. I felt ignored alot of times, and 1 night waited over 3 hours with all 3 IV's beeping at me. Some nurses were wonderful and some weren't. I would go back to this hospital for WLS related issues, but not for general health issues.
