 It really does get better with each day.  The one thing thats bothering me right now is the gas pain left in my back and shoulders.    It does get harder with the eating, it seems every commercial on the tv is about food in one way or another.  I've honestly missed eating from the beginning, but I can do this low carb thing because I have done it before. Well, that's it for now.......until next time.

I think the problem I'm having is the restriction to the amount I can take in.  My surgeons office changed the 2 week Pre-Surgery Diet to:

3 - 8oz Protein Shakes
1 - Light Yogurt
2 - 2 cups of lettuce with 1 T of Light salad dressing or Vinegar and 1 t of Olive oil
2 - sugar free jello (1/2 cups)
2 - cups of low sodium chicken or beef broth
Unlimited tea, diet soda, crystal light

I think I'd rather do the unlimited broth, jello and sf popscicles.  When I drank the broth earlier it really helped the hunger pains.  i think I'm going to call the surgeon's office on Monday to see if I can do the previous diet.  Either way, I will most definitely will make it through, but I AM STRUGGLING.

This is the hardest ish I've ever had to do, I'll admit about an hour ago I wanted to cry.  I'm spoiled so I just came up with the idea that if I made it through these next 2 weeks I would reward myself with some type of gadget, I love electronics.  That helped ease the pain a little bit.  Only 1.5 hrs left in today and I'm a excited I made it through.  I did think, "Why did I do this to myself (get fat) to the point that I would have to do something as EXTREME as this.  Well, 13 more days to go - I GOT THIS! 

Well, today I got some GREAT! news I was able to get my initial Dr's appointment moved from Feb. 16th to Jan 20th, so I can get this ball rolling.  I'm uber excited, I won't say that I was practicing my before and after photo poses, LOL!  I finally have something to look forward to, thank you God for giving us this option.
