So many years have gone by

Wow. I can't believe it has been so many years.
In the last couple years my weight has slowly creaped back on. I'm pretty bummed. It doesnt seem like I really do anything wrong.... I still can't eat nearly as much as anyone else but yet I continue to gain weight. I am now almost 200# again :(
I dont know what to do. In 2007 I had my pouch checked and they said it was fine, still small, but yet I continue to gain weight... I just can't go through this again. I dont really know where to go from here :(
