"I met with Dr. Felix on 8/7 for pre-op before my surgery on 8/9. He answered all my questions and was very funny and informative. In his office he is the surgeon. His staff is very educated in what they do. For my first visit and my post visit, I met with Jan his FNP. She is very nice and can answer all of your questions. The office staff I met were Sara and Casey. Sara is a busy busy lady on the phones, but is always ready to give you help if you have a question too. She is also on the same path with WLS and is very helpful. Casey is Dr's schedualer and all around helper. She was great. She removed my staples, and was very gentle. I feel that Dr. Felix is a very gifted surgeon. He does his work to 120%. I would reccomend him to any one. But bear in mind he is a very busy busy man. So if you are looking for someone to hold your hand and take lots and lots of time with you, he is not able to do this. He is in great demand. As is the case with any great surgeon. "
