10/31/2017 Enough is enough! I am not goin up, I am going down. I am up tp 220 and I have decided that I am going to lose the rest of my weight. I am going to reach my goal. Hopefully by June 2017. I have been digging into the forums and taking great encouragement from the fact that I am not alone. And that people even as far out from vsg as 13 years have been able to lose the regain. So I have a plan. 5 days a week minimum I am going to log in here and hold myself accountable.
GOALS:
calories 900
protein 90
carbs below 40
water 100 ounces
exercise 20 minutes minimum
SO, today calories 711, protein 70gm, carbs 10ish, water 8 ounces
Walking 30 minutes
