Where to start......like most people here I have struggled with my weight for pretty much my whole life. Started my first diet when I was in 5Th grade, by 6Th grade, I was sneaking my moms prescription diet pills. I was always active, softball was my favorite sport played from tee ball thru high school, I remembered being descried as softball thick ????? wasn't flattering to me, after high school I joined the military had to lose 40 pounds to be able to enlist!!!!! and I did it by running 3 miles every other day and I enjoyed it........Those 40 pounds didn't stay off for long. After basic training I gained it all back plus some. had my first son and went up to 200, had my second son and gained even more weight, hit 235, my heaviest ever. Again I have attempted to lose the weight, 4 years and 10 pounds later, as always i ran smack into a brick wall. My husband had his gastric bypass March 16 2008, and he has had  soo much success I am so proud of him. I made my consultation appointment with the same surgeon that did his surgery last week, scheduled for a consult on April 23 2010. I am a little nervous about rather or not I will qualify for the procedure and I don't want to get my hopes up and find out that I don't qualify.
