I have always struggled with my weight. I grew up going to Weight Watchers with my relatives who were never able to manage their weight. I was always taller and bigger than my friends and felt out of place. I look back now and I wasn't that big I just wasn't skinny. I wanted to be thin so badly and now I just want to be normal. Around 10 years ago things started getting bad. I started going through a depression and have since gained over 100 pounds. I've gone to therapy and been on medication, but I've not been able to gain control of my weight. So I decided I need some help before I have health problem due to my obesity and before I waste any more years hiding inside my fat body.
