1 month out!!

Today is the 1 month anniversary for having my band!!! So here's what I have to say about it now. 1. I feel 100 % better. 2. I found a arm rest in my van. who know there was such a thing on my seat...lol 3.I dropped a shoe size. 4. I have a jaw bone. 5. There's space between me and the steering wheel. 6. I got a pair of jeans on that's I haven't had on in 4 years. 7. I'm giving away the stuff that don't fit anymore as of the past 30 days! 8. I can go down stairs with out doing one step at a time. 9. I can run up our basment stairs. 10. I can now do 2.5 miles with out thinking I'm going to die. 11. I can out walk Todd for the first time. 12. I have lost 58 pounds so far. 13. I'm have so much more . 14. I sleep better. 15. I can wear my rings again after 2 years. 16. The sizes I have went down in jeans. 17. I'm planning on doing a 5k and a 10 k for the first time in my life. 18. I have a smile again. 19. I get to share all of this with my girls and mom. 20. I'm helping my kids get healthy. 21. I don't have the joint  pian anymore. 22 No back pain. 23. Went for 3 pills a day to one every other day. 24. People tell me they see the change it's make in me. 25. I'm  more out going. 26. I'm thanksful for Doctor Jonhnell and his staff for giving my the tool. 27. I have more patients with my kids. 28. I'm so very greatful to have my life back again. 29. I have such great support from my family and  friends. 30. It's good to know I'm going to make it happen this time!!!
