Didnt make 186 for the challenge but seriously thats ok.   Strange day though, ate my kozy shack rice for breakfast coffee while teaching and then got some curried tofu, seaweed salad and some mushrooms from whole foods didnt eat much but I was no Im done thanks.  Had coffee, grabbed a handful of cheese before my daughters birthday party and pat on the back please, refused the pizza and the cupcakes.  Ate 5 shrimp for dinner and holy cow I was done 450 calories for the day.

Seriously hoping to loose some weight and this time, I think I have it, I think I can say no thanks I dont need to eat anymore,
