6 Month Post-Op check with my Surgeon!

So Yesterday I had my 6 month post-op check with my surgeon, and he is VERY happy with my progress!!  I had my blood tests last week so my surgeon would have the resuilts, and they are all fine!!!  So no deficiancies, and 115lbs lost since surgery!! I am SO HAPPY right now!!! I'm over halfway now to my goal which feels amazing!!
I also had an appt. with the NUT and she was pleased with how I'm eating, and I am trying so hard to stick to my plan and not snack! My exercise has gone outta the window at the moment . I have had such a terrible cough this week, and it has really taken it out of me. Hopefully I'll be able to get back on track after the weekend, and restart the swimming and gym!!

Right well I'm heading of out to work now! Braving the icy weather!
