"My first impression of Dr. Cahill was that is was very professional and knowledgeable. He was up front and through about the proceedures available. We talked in length about my options. Because I had two previous abdominal surgeries we both agreed that Lapband and not RNY might be a better option.I am one of Jehovah's witnesses and I don't take blood transfusions and he said they he would have a venus filter inserted to prevent blood clots.
