Topic: Do you wonder what it will be like?

Not sure if its just me or not but does anyone else wonder what its going to be like to be thinner or skinny, like a year from now?

I am 30 and have been overweight since I was 5 yrs old. The smallest I ever remember being was when I was 18 and right before I got pregnant with my son. And that was only a size 16 (14 if I was lucky). Even then I still looked and felt big.

I want these next two months to just be done with, I am so tired of waiting as I started this all a year ago!

My date is June 22nd and I can't wait! I wish I could have done it earlier but being a teacher, I had to schedule it around school! Can't wait to be on the losers bench!

Congrats on getting a date everyone!
I started my pre-op diet. 6 weeks of Optifast. It has been 11 days so far. It really has not been bad. I get weighed in next Monday. I am excited to see what I have lost. My scale and the doctor's scale are different.

LOL..i am afraid of the what "ifs" and hearing story how some Doctors act when they hear you left to have your surgery of any kind

my insurance has an exclusion it would have been 25,000 in the states. 10,000 in puerto vallarta. i am not afraid.

Cool we can be suregry sister. BUT I give you made props and credits I do not have the heart to travel for suregry. I am staying in my home city of KC..going to St. Lukes Hospital with Dr. Sorrenson
