Miss you, Keith!  I'm impatient and want to start today's thread.

I did kettlebells this morning.  I'm even grumpier on Monday's than usual, and I gave this poor instructor a hard time.  She doesn't know me at all, so I don't think she's used to my "humor."  Haha.  Oh well, a guy in class gave me a thumbs up in the parking lot (completely unrelated, I'd assume).

Today was supposed to be a strength day, But I re-scheduled mt rebuild day.  Ran three miles and walked another 7 yesterday.  Kinda sore....

Les Mills Pump this morning. Boot camp tonight. Maybe spin class as well. Not working outside the home today so working today.

Sorry All! I started a new job today and didn't have time to post this before I left this morning.

Given the new job I am going to have to revamp my workout schedule. Tonight is chest and shoulders!

Going to concentrate on arms and upper body tonight. With the jogging/walking been neglecting that area a bit.

How are you doing beautiful Raven?

Today I did 45 min elliptical level 4.

PS: I gained 3 pounds today. :( eating under 700 calories I NEVER knew this was possible.( I was in a bad mood all day.)
