Surgery a year ago today!
Thrilled to have lost 102 pounds but more thrilled about how I have made the changes to eat better now than I ever have in a long, long time. Maintaining down the road has always been where I believe the real work begins once everything is said and done.
Good luck to all having WLS and I know for me it was the change that was a long time coming. Jane
Congratulate you I will....Yoda
Now the hard part begins but you've had a year of practice. You know where to look and find help if you need it.

Congrats Jane and thanks for being my friend during our WLS road. I know you will do just wonderful on maintaining. I am at goal now and in fact I am having big time problems stopping losing. I am now more than 5 pound under my goal. Such a problem I thought I would never have they are telling me TO eat more, can you believe that? Any way happy to hear how well you are doing.

Each and everyone of you has been such an inspiration to me along the way! No one knows how helpful OH is until you get on here and I learn something all the time, either about myself or about the WLS journey itself.
Yoda, you are a wise person for being so new but then again being Yoda, I wouldn't expect anything less! Thank you for your support and helping others as well. Jane
