Have been vomiting and having lots of pain on the left side. Surgery was 8 weeks ago. Doctor is going to do a scope today at noon. He thinks its an ulcer or loose stitch. If he doesn't find anything then tomorrow he will do an exploratory lap on me. So not having fun but I don't regret having the surgery. Wow what a wonderful tool but take my advice get your protein in. Dietician and doctor came in my room yesterday and said I am malnourished. I have to get in more protein no matter what.

Thanks for all the support on here. You guys are amazing. Wish me luck today.

I am sorry that you are going thru this and wish you well today. Start healing, eating protein first and get on the road to recovery.

Good luck Hun, I know how hard it is to have complications and end up back in hospital- hopefully they find the problem and ill be keeping you in my thoughts, update us when you can xx

Thanks everyone. It's just a small price to pay for this wonderful life changing journey. Everything will work out fine. The only bad part was yesterday my boss called to fire me for taking so much time off. It was so nice of him to do it while I was in the hospital

He called WHILE YOU WERE ADMITTED TO THE HOSPITAL and FIRED YOU!?

I would contact a labor law attorney ASAP! It is not like you are taking sick days to go to the beach for fun. That is just absolutely OUTRAGEOUS!

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

Guess not. He is an idiot. But hey I was looking for a job when I found that one and I will be looking for a job now. The most important thing is healing and getting healthy. He is so not getting me down.
