Hahaha! The cold doesn't bother her anyway! I'm doing a Frozen Sing-A-Long screening at the Library in December and I can't wait, it's going to be SO. MUCH. FUN.

The way you are exercising Bubbles, you will be a size 10 before you know. It is so hard to imagine yourself at that size when you first. My original goal weight was 160 because at 265 I couldn't imagine myself ever reaching that. Then I lowered my goal to 145 and finally got down to my current 120-123. You never ever know where your body will stop!

Karen! Even after losing 125+ pounds I can't ever imagine being as tiny as you!

I still can't imagine being this small either, but I must admit that I feel so good at this weight that it is all worth it. That's what keeps me on plan, measuring and exercising even when it has to be the boring treadmill!

Happy Surgiversary!! I still struggle with water intake but I did find that using a straw helps me.  It was an accident the first time I used the straw and once I realized I wasn't full of air and going to die I just kept with it.  I just make sure those easy sips are from zero calorie beverages!  I keep a camelbak filled with water + zero calorie drops with me all day.  I know I need to drink 3 of those to get in the minimal fluid.   The hardest part for me is finding something I actually enjoy drinking.  It's still challenging.

Time since surgery 2.5 months

B: Premier protein

S: quest bar

L: I might get a piece of fish at the market or ****tail shrimp

D: TJs Sausage since I totally didn't make them last night.

S: my trusty sugar free Popsicles

I you all hear this ALL THE TIME, but I am pre-op and I get so much motivation reading this thread!  I even talk about it with my psychologist (WHY do I have such a hard time spelling that word? LOL).

I cannot wait to start contributing here!!
