What's on your menu this Tuesday, RNYers?
Hi Joan! I had a short obsession with kale chips! I found the ones in the packages had tons of carbs for whatever reason so I started making my own and I loved them. I put parchment paper on a pan and loaded kale onto the paper, then spritzed it with olive oil and salt and pepper and crushed red pepper. Yummmm now I am going to have to make some soon!
And I am 5 foot 3 and 1/2 inches :) So I know what you mean about the boots! I have to get 90% of my pants hemmed. Though I just bought some cute jeans at Zara and they are the right length! Check them out!
Great kale chip idea...as soon as I am in my own kitchen again, I will try them!
I try to buy ankle trousers or often the tight ones look cute rolled up but you are right....I have a sister in law who is a tailor and she seems to be on permanent retainer! And yes Zara sometimes has very cute stuff...I bought great " culottes " from them and wear them as almost full length pants with tights and cute flats...no heels for this old lady....would topple over!

Happy surgeversary DCGirl! You look great! Love the dress :) im just getting out of plus sizes and can start shopping in regular stores... but im waiting till after Christmas hopefully Ill get some giftcards to use.

My plan was to eat 4 scallops but i went back for 4 more so i had to add those in this morning LOL. I ended up with lots of protein and not alot of carbs so im happy! Those are the two things i watch the most along with sugar ofcourse although my calories always end up under 1000. Do you guys pay attention to fat grams?
