Morning AV. I'm back at work today after a glorious three day weekend.

I think I dumped or got a nasty case of RH on Saturday when I had a glass of wine and then some chocolate at my nephews grad party. I actually had to walk home and lay down I was feeling so ill. Then we went to the zoo yesterday and I continued the cycle of junk and had a soft serve ice cream cone. I got so sick. I think that it was RH and Lactose intolerance because in the car on the way home my guts protested and started emitting a noxious gas. My family was begging for mercy all night long. Hubby and I had a talk this morning about both of our eating habits and we have both recommitted to eating clean, low carb and on plan starting today. He shared this pic on facebook this morning and I had to steal it and post it here.

Here's my little at the zoo

QOTD: I have not read the Harry Potter books, I honestly tried to read the first one and just couldn't get into it. I had already seen the movie and it just didn't suck me in like books do. I have seen most of the movies and know the basic plot line. I took the quiz on the link the other day and I'm Hufflepuff. As for the pet question, I have 3 weird cats. They run my house and I'm tempted to kick them out to be indoor/outdoor cats, but my neighbors have a dog that they let out off leash and she chases cats. They are usually right there with her, but if I let me cats out they will likely have issues, and they have never been outside in 5 years, so I'm not really looking to get them hurt. Plus there is 40 acres of woods behind my house and we've seen coyotes and other critters back there. But I sure am sick of them being underfoot all day long. Once these cats go (they are young, so we're talking at least a decade on the younger ones) I'm not getting any other pets.

10 months 17 days since surgery

B: 2 eggs, 2 bacon 1 slice of velveeta and coffee with cream and sugar

L: salad with chicken breast and Bolthouse Farms Ranch dressing

D: Grilled chicken breast with fresh green beans

S: Kroger Light Greek Yogurt, Enlightened Ice Cream Bar

totals:

Calories 903 Protein 103 Carbs 50 Fat 39

This is a completely doable menu and I'm feeling motivated. No extras, no cheating, no crackers or extra carbs.
