Very nice picture!

I am 5'11" too... the bottom end of a normal woman's BMI for my height is like 136- what? That is like skeleton status...

yikes.  One would have to have bird bones to be that tall and weigh only 136!

Apparently I could lose 18 more ponds and still be in the "normal" range. I'm not saying I'm super skinny, but I don't have 18lbs to spare unless I give up some vital organs!

  • High Weight before LapBand: 200 (2008)
  • High Weight before RNY: 160 (2015)
  • Lowest post-op weight: 110 (2016)
  • Maintenance Weight: 120 (2017-2019)
  • Battling Regain Weight: 135 (current)

In theory I could lose 30 more pounds.... I will have to cut off a few body parts for that...

Mike you & your wife are a beautiful couple!  How great to be able to do fun things together like golf tournaments!  So awesome!  You don't look old enough to have teenagers!  Keep up the great work!!

How was the hike?  Sounds like an awesome challenge to climb all 46 peaks!!

I have to make an ice cream cake tonight, then tomorrow we will be going to our neighbor's little cuties 1st birthday party!  The cake is for her   Other than that, I don't think we have any other plans.

17 months since surgery

M1: 2 packets oatfit, 15g slivered almonds, 10g crainins

M2: Ranch cobb salad I picked up from Walmart this morning (using the dressing, but only dipping my fork in it)

M3: (2) HB eggs, Dannon L&F Greek strawberry cheesecake yogurt

M4: Chicken thighs and veggie stir fry, with teriyaki sauce (3oz chicken, 1/2c veggie)

M5: 1 Banana w/ 1.5 tbsp TJ's salted crunchy almond butter, 11g mini chocolate chips

M6: 8oz Fairlife skim milk, 1.5 scoops Syntrax milk chocolate, popcorn (2tbsp unpopped)

Totals: Cals: 1544  Protein: 120  Carbs: 145  Fat: 59

NSV: So we went to a farm/museum a few weekends ago, and they had this closet of clothes you could try on that were from the era when it was a working farm.  All you former fat people know, these are always things we can watch other people do, but we KNOW there isnt anything that will fit us.  Well I grabbed the closest dress and slapped that ***** on over my clothes!!  HAHAHAHA  Hubby was like WTF are you doing, and why are you so excited???
