I make chicken salad with canned chicken and plain Greek yogurt. The yogurt really ups the protein.

I'd been meaning to ask about that! I often see people talking about buffalo chicken salad! I wondered if it was green salad with chunks of buffalo chicken, or mushy chicken salad with hot sauce!

Morning all!

qotd: weirdly enough I don't remember any dreams last night. I am usually a vivid dreamer. Mostly they involve alien invasions, or end of the world scenarios I need to get my loved ones and escape from hahaha not so much nightmares as action movies!  Or running from wolves. Less fun.

i have to say I'm feeling about 90% better. Talk about lessons learned....never expected that discomfort to last so long! I'll stick with another day or two of liquids and start again.

menu: protein shakes and soups.
