Yes! It's a menu item. It comes with tacobell mild sauce on it too. So it's beans with sauce and cheese on top. Mmmmm

I totally get the "wild times" of trying new foods.

Hello Everyone!

I'm having a tired week. I'm wondering if my body needs something I'm not giving it so today I'm upping my water. I've been counting coffee and tea as fluids but I think I may actually need 8 glasses of jus****er on top of that. I'm trying it and we shall see how it goes. Tomorrow I see my nut. and I'll not tell her I've been tired because I'm fairly certain she'll tell me it's because I'm not having enough carbs.

QOTD: I love giving presents much more than getting them. In my family we all exchange and some give lists of wishes and others don't so it's a guessing game. Sometimes I hit the nail on the head and other times not so much but it's always fun.

I'm not sure how others do this, but I count decaf coffee and tea towards my fluids, but not caffeinated

Hello!  I had my surgery on December 1st, so I'm 5 days out.

Still figuring out how to get in protein, water, and vitamins.

B: Chike Banana Magic shake with FL milk

S: more

L: more

S: more, plus a little chicken stock

D: Snytrax Matrix Mint cookie shake with FL milk

S: more shake

V: only on a multi until 2-3 weeks post op.

L: trying to hit 64 oz - right now I'm at 38 oz, ugh.

E: not yet, just moving about the house every hour or so.

I am really enjoying seeing what people are eating a various stages.  I had a couple really rough days after surgery, but now it seems to be slow and steady improvement.  I'm still super gassy -- my burping is out of control.

Trying to hit 500-600 calories, 60+ protein, 64 oz liquid
