Breakfast - 2 eggs, Canadian bacon, 1 laughing cow cheese wedges, 4 Tbsp diced onion

Snack - Greek yogurt

Lunch - tilapia, shrimp, asparagus

Snack - Turkey stick

Dinner - romaine lettuce salad w/ 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 bell pepper, mushrooms

Snack - beef jerky

Calories - 1023, Protein - 149, Carbs - 45, Fat - 28

Hi everyone,

Happy Birthday DD's Mom!

Crappy day here in CT. We were supposed to get very high winds and a boatload of rain, instead we got windy conditions and 3'' sleet. On top of that I was out of work sick again today because of the crappy stomach bug. I was able actually eat a little food today though which is good. I also had lots of fluids.

QOTD: Not much of a fan of cottage cheese anymore unless I mix it tuna or egg salad. I'm not liking just plain chicken anymore. If I grill it and mix it with other ingrediants I'm ok with that. The smell of brewing coffee makes me sick to my stomach! I can drin****d coffee though, weird, I know!

B: 1 egg, 1/2 oz ham

L: 2oz corrando spiral ham

D: 2 1/2 oz corrando spiral ham, 4oz chicken broth with 2oz clam chowder

Cals: 329, Carbs:9, Fat: 17, Protein:35

Hopefully I'll be feeing better tomorrow and getting my totals up.
