Happy Tuesday everyone! The sun is shining but it is still cold to me. Happy Birthday Daisy's mama.  I will participate in photo Friday because I LOVE LOVE LOVE the beach!!! 

QOTD- Nothing really grosses me out after surgery.  I do not like the smell of tuna since I have had surgery and I haven't been able to try it either.  One thing I used to love is Crystal light packets.  Now they are too sweet.  

Time since surgery 10 months 154.1 this morning

B- 1/2 scrambled egg, .5 oz of diced ham and 1 tsp of cheddar cheese

L- 2 oz Pork Loin 

D- 2 oz. Ribeye 

S- 2 oz Pork Loin

Good Morning and Happy Birthday to your mom! QOTD: I don't know of any foods that turn me off totally. But my taste buds have changed for sure. I am much more sensitive to spicy foods now. And I do find certain smells of food nauseate me when they cool down. It's odd but taco meat once cold makes me sick to my stomach. As well as cold bacon grease . I'm very ready for beach photo's!! Do wish we were doing this in April after our trip to the Caribbean though. But there will be time to post new ones in the future.

Funny about the taco meat....it's done that to me for years.  There are certain things that I will stick in the microwave with the lid sealed, turn it on and just let the microwave blow the lid off.  Taco meat, spaghetti sauce, chili, sloppy joes.  Yep...I'll ruin a lid before I put myself through that agony!

Good morning Daisy and menu friends, feeling mentally stronger and focused today. My stomach ache finally went away late last night. I have to remember that agony the next time I want to eat off plan. Totally not worth the days of pain that followed. Love the picture of you and your mom.,happy birthday to your mom Daisy. 

QOTD My taste buds have totally changed since surgery. I used to like strong flavors from spices and stuff like that, now it has to be pretty bland and mild. After surgery I didn't like anything sweet, now I'm liking the sugar free sweetners. 

Menu 

B 1 egg omlett, 15 grs of cheddar, 2 oz of ham 

L Protein Drink 

D 1 Oz of ground turkey, spaghetti sauce added to make 1 / 2 cup 

S 3 / 4 cup of plain Greek yogurt 

Totals 620 calories. 74 grams of protein
