It's 6:15 pm and Ive consumed a total of:

325 calories
4 grams carbs
21 grams fat
30 grams protein

And I just ate and will be full for 2-3 hours before I can eat again. It will be a challenge today to get in all my protein.

OMG that is my food exactly.  Only difference is I get 90 grams protein.  5 carbs and 20 fat.  I use 1/2 of Isopure to sip at night while TV or Computer to get protein to 90 it has 80 Calories

I almost always start my day with a protein shake. I didn't today in favor of a "real breakfast" one egg scrambled with one slice Boars Head ham diced and one slice cheese. Was delish and kept me satisfied for hours.

Yes atkins is wonderful to keep you full for hours.  I knew after surgery I was going to go very low carb and do atkins again.  Makes it really easy with such a small pouch/stomach.

how do you stomach that Isopure?  i got the juice flavored ones, and it takes all that i can to nurse 1 of those per day! do you add anything to it? i have even tried putting it on ice.

I like the grape one, to me it tasts like a weak blue icey stick.  If I want to put more grape I get the crystal light grape with stevia, and it covers it.   But I remember how protein was in the 80's and it was like horrible and had to use a raw egg.  So Isopure is much much better, I guess?  :)

i was facing the same problem ,then i added 1 scoop to my 1 liter of water bottle and it is still bearable and i get my fluids in too. the taste becomes very mild , so it goes in without much difficulty.
hope it helps

Posts like this really encourage those of us considering VSG!  Thank you.  Not that getting in the protein is a challange but that you're full on so little.  Hope you get in the remainder of your protein.

We eat so very little and are so satisfied for hours. I feel better, and healthier, than I have since I don't know when. Amazing, isn't it?
