I went to the local vitamin shop in my town and had the Cellfood Multivitamin recommended to me. It contains 100% RDA and it comes as a spray. They claim that the spray helps to increase absorption into the bloodstream significantly. The pamphlet I was given and their website say that pills deliver less than 20% of nutrients to the bloodstream and the Cellfood spray delivers 90% or more.

Thoughts? Has anyone tried this before?

100% RDA:

Vitamin A     5000 IU

Vitamin C     60 Mg

VITAMIN D(CHOLECALCIFEROL)     400IU

Vitamin E     30 IU

Vitamin B1     1.5 MG

Vitamin B2     1.7 MG

Vitamin B3     20 MG

Vitamin B5     10 MG

Vitamin B6     2 MG

Folic Acid     400 MCG

Vitamin B12     6 MCG

Biotin     300 MCG

Sounds interesting. Let me know how it works out for you. I have a bunch of vitamins here that I have to finish up before I spend money on any others. I have always been a fan of sublingual delivery, this seems like sort of a play on that.

Pretty much the same thing; Spray instead of drops. I like sublingual as well. I have my sublingual B12 ready to go. As long as my doctor gives me the ok, I think this is what I will be going with.
