Thought this was interesting.  I had heard recently, and Keith just mentioned it in my previous post, that there is a link between a high soy consumption and breast cancer.  I found this article and thought it was interesting.  I eat soy about 3-4 meals a week.  Maybe more if I add in edamame.

My oncologist said the same thing, I can have soy products as long as I don't go for extreme amounts like with supplements. However as far as eating them even daily no problem and I had estrogen sensitive cancer. It's so sad that so much misinformation gets spread on the internet but that's the nature of the beast I guess.

I heard that GMO-free soy doesn't carry the same health risks.

I think there is a big difference between most of the soy you can buy in stores (like 85-90%) and non-GMO soy products. I have heard non-GMO Tofu can be hard to find, same with non-GMO edamame, etc.
