What...how is that possible. I weigh 231 right now. That calculation spits out 346.5 grams of protein...there is no way I could get that much protein!!

That's for someone who works out and wants to build muscle, you couldn't do it without supplements.

A recommended amount for women is 90 grams of protein per day.

Does the 90 grams of Protein, inluded if your working out? Let ask you something else Carbs how much per day & whens the best time to eat them?

Yes, this is a recommended amount of protein for women who exercise by both my surgeon and the surgeon that leads my support group. If you are in WL my surgeon recommends limiting carbs to 40 even with exercise. If you believe you need a little extra something prior to a work out my RD recommends using a protein and green vegetable about one half hour to one hour prior to working out. If you are in maintenance, you will need to figure out your own carb intake. When I am exercising daily for an hour to and hour and a half I keep my carbs around 100 to 120. If I go higher than that I start craving carbs and that doesn't work so well for me. On a non exercise day I keep my carbs around 80.
