Maybe, depending on the quality of the protein and what I am eating for the rest of the day.  It might fit have fit into my weight loss program, but I would need to see the ingredients. Usually, I just tried to eat clean and lean homemade protein and green veggies, but there is always a little wiggle room.

Its not a horrible profile. Low sugar which is a plus. Assuming the fiber is non-soluable fiber there are 10 carbs that you are going to digest and only 1 of it is sugar so that is good, the other 9 are likely to be a starch of some sort. I would say it would depend on the situation and like Elena said, what else I am going to eat that day.

What is this?

Seems like a protein bar or soup or supplement of some sort to me... What is it? Honestly, 19 gr of total carbs in 140 calories seems like a lot to me. Reasonable protein...but...not sure if I would eat it.

I wouldn't eat it - and surprised I am being more conservative than Elina. That's a first. ;0)

Too many carbs for one food item and I rarely eat this many in an entire day.

I am getting soft in my old age.  :)  I mostly stuck to lean protein and veggies, but once in a while, while traveling or something.... maybe.

What is a western bagel?

Don't get too excited.  This has about as mu*****ommon with a bagel as your shoes.  Although it is round and has a whole in it.  :)  I really miss bagels from Quebec.  I brought a bag home with me when I went there many years ego, the flight crew thought I was a bit odd.
