is this something you could / would eat?
Maybe, depending on the quality of the protein and what I am eating for the rest of the day. It might fit have fit into my weight loss program, but I would need to see the ingredients. Usually, I just tried to eat clean and lean homemade protein and green veggies, but there is always a little wiggle room.
Its not a horrible profile. Low sugar which is a plus. Assuming the fiber is non-soluable fiber there are 10 carbs that you are going to digest and only 1 of it is sugar so that is good, the other 9 are likely to be a starch of some sort. I would say it would depend on the situation and like Elena said, what else I am going to eat that day.
