I don't know whats going on. I have stalled I haven't lost weight in the last 1.5 mos. So far havent really gained depending on the day my weight goes up 1-3 pounds. I met my Drs goal but I want to lose 40 more lbs its vanity weight yes but i still want to lose it. I really need to jump start my weight loss again I don't want to be in maintenance.

I'm still eating 4oz a sitting but I have to eat more times daily because if I don't I get really sick. Although I longer feel hunger If  I allow too much time to pass between eating I throw up. Ive shared this with my Dr and he told me to eat more frequently. I'm trying to stick to mainly protein when I eat but during my cycle I crave sugar and salt madly. I'm still doing really well on the no drinking with meals and not drink sodas. But I have started drink Gatorade daily because I have horrible dehydration issues and the Dr recommended it because it has higher potassium that I cant seem to keep enough of in my body do to my medication. Unfortunately I still have really high blood pressure even after losing 125lbs.

My blood pressure refused to go down :(

I've slacked off on the gym I use to go daily but work is so tiring after cutting hair all day for 8hrs the last thing I wanna see is a gym. Im so tired lately. All I wanna do is sleep. I'm taking all my vitamins still not getting in more than 50oz of water per day still working on that. Any advice you can give would be awesome.

Seeking VET advice since you've been through this already.

I love being a size 9/10 but would love to be smaller.

Sounds like you need an overhaul.

Sounds like you are not logging your food, but just assuming that what you are eating is the correct amount?

I'm sure you know the answer: log your food, eat your vitamins, go to a support group, exercise.

Perhaps hire a life coach or personal trainer for a while; it's like magic getting back on track when someone else is in charge :)

By my calculation you are almost 8 months out. Not that it REALLY matters but I just wanted to point that out. I agree with logging food. Try to make sure your calories are under 800 and carbs below 40. Drink water w/lemon instead of Gatorade. It sounds to me if you don't change up your habits that you are in maintainance. I'm an August sleever too. It has definitely gotten much harder and I feel this is the point where if we don't work our sleeve it will stop working for us. You can do it! Tighten up your plan and go get it!!!!

My meds give me low potassium. Lemon water will not give me the potassium that I need. I am only eating 4oz of food. I measure everything. Just not logging.

Try Gatorade 2 or powerade zero. Gatorade 2 has 5 g carb per serving. 2 1/2 servings per bottle. Powerade zero no carbs. But check label I don't know potassium amounts. Then do what you know is best. Get back to basics. Work your sleeve.

I would try an all liquid day or the 5 day pouch test to reset your tummy.  Which I understand to be:

1 day liquids, including liquid protein

2 days soft protein

2 days dense protein

I am sure someone else has more info on the pouch test, but that is what I understand it to be.  Of course I am sure there is a calorie limit to stay under for those days.

Also, try Myfitnesspal.com and log food if you do not already.  I do not agree with an extremely low calorie diet, but MFP will let you know how many calories you need for your activity level and your current weight.  They usually do not let you go below 1200, unless you manually change it to be something different.

I am an August 2012 sleever like you, and I also hit a plateau not long ago. I broke it by following the advice of vets on this board-- dropping carbs and raising protein grams.

Sounds like you need to be logging what you eat, paying careful attention to portion size. Get your protein HIGH, like 70+ grams/day. Lower the carbs. If you're eating sugar, stop it now.

The exercise part is hard, I know. I made myself go to the gym when I didn't lose anything for four weeks. It helps, my stall is broken finally.
