I stepped on the scale this morning after a brutal 5 days of nausea and dehydration from a stomach bug.  I was 200.2 on Saturday and today I hoped to hit wonderland as my body is slowly getting hydrated.  The scale read 200.0.  This happened before when I did Medifast and was anxiously awaiting onederland.  My body and scale decide to mess with me and have a little fun at my expense!  I'm laughing and know I'll be there soon, but its just so funny that I tend to land on that number.

It really isn't fair to endure 5 days of brutal nausea and vomiting and not lose at least 5 lbs. Hope you are feeling better.

I say you take that scale for a little "ride" (like, I mean attatched to a rope that is attached to your car bumper). After a block or two, maybe it will come to its proper senses. You think I'm kidding? Just let my scale talk to yours a minute......

Quick! Go pee!

I ALWAYS pause during a big time like that... drives me NUTS.

Hang in there... it'll come off. Just think, when it does, it will whoosh off and you'll blow past 200 :)

When you get dehydrated your body retains water and water is very heavy. Once you get hydrated, weigh yourself again and I will bet you are down.
