i looked it up on this website. this is what you do for 2 weeks:
Drink 64 ounces of non caloric fluids daily (less than 15 calories per 8 ounce.)
Exercise: Walk 30 minutes 3 times a week.
Breakfast: Atkins Shake
Snack: Pure Protein Bar/Supreme Protein Bar
Lunch:Atkins Shake
Snack:Pure Protein Bar/Supreme Protein Bar
Dinner:Atkins Shake
you can find these at your local walmart.

You survived what you thought would kill you. Now straighten your crown and go forward like the Queen you are!
That's a terrible plan in my opinion. Bars and shakes should be a part of your plan but not the only part of your plan. A better approach would be to follow something similar where you start you day with a shake, snack on almonds, get protein from meat or eggs, fiber fom leafy greens, and bars when you get a little hungry.
