I loved reading your post...especially the NSVs you posted about. I am definitely get excited when I think about being able to cross my legs, no sleep apnea (I hope), less pain, more energy, doing a zipline, riding a horse, and riding on the rides at a 6 flags or similar. Thinking about those things are the best part....you are inspirational and I look forward to moving to the losers bench soon! Congratulations on your one year! And I understand about the exercise portion...I like to swim...I'm not sure if this might be a possibility for you...even just once a week as a treat (if you find being in water is a treat). I also love yoga and I will be very, very happy to do some intense yoga with a smaller body to move around! You might find this fun too?
