One year surgiversary and I'm calling it: GOAL! with Pix

You have done an AMAZING job! You look absolutely STUNNING and so much younger! I'm also trying to tone up some. My upper arms are about the only thing I can complain about. I walk every night with my husband and my legs are doing much better. Going to look at picking up some hand weights to use when I can. Keep up the fantastic work!

Thanks! I walked on the treadmill this morning and did some arm weights. I would so love to be able to wear sleeveless in the summer, but I won't feel comfortable until I tone up quite a bit.
