Self Pay?

Hi everyone, I am new to this forum, however I have been reading it for a while and already feel like I "know" a few of you! I am looking into a revision from the Lap-Band to the VSG- I will end up being an "out of pocket"- I am curious as to any suggestions on raising extra money for this surgery--- What did you do to raise the funds??

                             

I worked a 2nd job.

Some people get a second job at Lowes or Starbucks. They apparently have insurance that covers Wls even for part timers.

I got a loan. My credit was fair, so I couldn't get a bank loan. I ended up getting one through Prosper and a pretty high rate. Worth it though.

Got a second job also.
