So, my legs, my face, arm and almost everywhere I loose weight. But when I sit I still have a huge amount in my stomach. Anyone else have that problem area that just wont go away? Aside from exercise which I know about what do I do? Is it genetic that I will always "look pregnant? It's not just skin its dense fat and so gross to me.

It's the last to go - or it was for me.  And, what I thought was fat ended up being skin.  It's a real mind game, because the scale tells you that you weigh x, and you look down and still see a pretty good sized belly.

Yes, my tummy is the last to go, also.  I think it'll just take time.  I have been doing stomach exercises and that seems to be helping a little.  Slow and steady wins the race!

best wishes,

Carol

We are each genetically programmed to deposit our fat in certain ways. (apple shaped or pear shaped)  the abdominal fat is the most dangerous and causes negative metabolic effects, so it is important to get rid of.  I have super skinny legs and fairly skinny arms but still have a bit of tummy fat (not skin).  I really do need to keep losing till it is gone, but I don't want to look like a bag of bones with skin.  I am hoping a few more pounds and some good exercise will help.

I am right there too.  My tummy looks like it hasn't lost a bit.  I have been doing measurements along with the scale.  If it weren't for the tape measure, I wouldn't beleive I was loosing it there.

Losing every where fine, but my stomach, which I now call my food baby, just won't leave. It is not skin. It's a fat food baby!!!

I so know what you mean it's like I'm loosing even in my chest but my darn stomach seems to have at least 30 pounds of what seems to me most of what has just stuck around. My pregnant fat tummy, except I'm not pregnant! Lol

Definitely have this problem. Definitely genetic in my case. It's very frustrating.
