Liquid intake or meal??

Hey there, I need some guidance. I want to mix a scoop of protein powder (26 grams) with my decaf coffee. Should I consider it a meal? Or fluid?

If you're asking for drinking purposes, I'd consider it a fluid.  (I.e., I wouldn't wait 30 minutes afterward to drink.)

For meal planning purposes, I'd consider it a meal.  (I.e., I'd count it as one of my 3-4 meals for the day.)

Yep, that's it... count the fluids and the protein- wait 20 min before you eat solids.

I count it as part of my fluids.  :)   If I drink decaf coffee with protein powder in the morning it counts towards my fluid count, but I also consider it breakfast.  (I have a very tight sleeve in the morning. Shakes or protein decaf coffee are the way I always start my day).  If I drink it later in the day, I consider it a fluid + snack.   Of course, all is logged on my MyFitnessPal account.
