The other day one of my co-workers, whom I haven't seen in quite some time told me I looked awesome, but that I needed some new clothes for work. What I was wearing was way too big. Today I went shopping for a few things. I was a size 16-18 when I started this journey 4 months ago. Today I was able to buy shorts in a size 8 and a pair of work slacks in a size 10 and a dress shirt in and XL instead of a XXL. What a great feeling...
