I've seen a few posts... how many of us are having surgery in September?

Mine is Tuesday the 9th.  I didn't have to do a liquid diet, just a high protein, very low carb diet.  So I've been doing shakes but also chicken, pork, and lots of veggies.  I'm excited and can't wait to be done with it.

so exciting!  Good for you that you can still eat food! LOL  I'm a bit envious as I'm about to start another shake!  Good luck!

Mine was Friday the 5th I'm going home today! You will all do fine. I was super scared, but nothing to be scared of. The part that sucks right now is all of the muscle pain. Feels like I did 800,000 sit ups.
