I've seen a few posts... how many of us are having surgery in September?

I would like to join the group, but I'm not sure how?

September 10, here. I wasn't nervous before but I am now! (shiver icon. lol). I am having my Nissen Fundoplication taken down first and then an RNY, which is a high risk surgery. Now that the time is near, I am a bit more nervous. But, it was an informed risk, and I have no chance of being healthy without this one last tool/head start. So, I am ready!

I am so glad I found this thread, and I wish the very best to each and all on their surgeries and recoveries, and see y'all on the loser's bench!

I am the odd duck out, it seems. I didn't realize I was posting on the sleeve forum. Well, anyway, best to each and to all and smooth sailing!

I find having a cup of warm broth does help and I don't know if you guys are allowed any of the soups? My program uses "New Directions" weight loss food and I can have the cheddar broccoli soup (which believe me is a liquid) and the pudding.  It breaks things up a little bit as well as, like I said, one protein bar a day.  Not long now for all of us!
