Thanks! I'm hoping the "girls" have a nice shape and size afterwards and implants won't be needed. Time will tell! Thanks for the support! I'm excited to see the results too

Personally I would not have plastic surgery until after all the kids were born, and you knew you were stable with your goal weight loss. I have heard many stories , women regain some weight after having babies yes even after weight loss surgery.

It was certainly a consideration that I made and something I put a lot of thought into. In a perfect world I would've had children first. The fact of the matter is that there is no guarantee that I'll have children - I'm hoping to, but there are no guarantees. BUT, there is a guarantee that I would look in the mirror daily and be frustrated with it. Also, I knew there was a very slim chance that I would spend close to $20k fixing my body if we had additional mouths to feed - at least not for many years until I made more money. Just had to weigh the options and make a decision!

What did the surgeon have to say about the whole kid thing? Did he say that as long as you try to just stick within the doc recommended weight gain that you likely wouldn't have a lot of re-stretching of the skin? Or does that just vary from person to person? I'd be in the same boat as you in that once I'm at a point where I think I'm done losing, I want plastics, but I'm not married yet and may one day have kids... so I'd be doing it knowing that I might have kids in the future. Does the doc do anything different with the procedure knowing that you want to have kids?
