for the past few months I have been on this forum and found a lot of very useful posts. My surgery is tomorrow. Next post I will be on get losers bench. A little nervous but also very excited to startmy new life. I have to say initially the pre op liquid diet was hard as I felt very hungry. On day 4 I went into Ketosis (the test strip was purple). Once that started my hunger pains went totally away.

Good Luck! My surgery is also tomorrow and understand both the nerves and excitement. My two week pre-op diet wasn't to bad but today's clear liquids is leaving me feeling light headed and head-achy. But it will soon be over. I wish you a speedy and uneventful recovery. See you on the losers bench.
