Day 1 on Liquids and feeling lousy

I feel like I have the flu.  Waves of tired, then ok, then two hours of painful diarhea (no lactose so not sure what the issue was).  Hot, then cold.  I went home for lunch and feel asleep. After a shower I feel more normal, just hungry.  I didn't want to risk another shake (Unjury choc****il after work, so just broth.  My blood glucose is cycling between 70 and 130, which I'm sure is responsible for many of the ill feeling.  

I sure hope this settles down.

It'll get better. It sounds alot like my first day on liquids. Try broth and sugar free jello.

The first 3-4 days are always the worst.  However, did you try these shakes out before you started your liquid diet?  It sort of sounds like something in them might be bad for you.  I know the Isopure drinks cause my partner's heart to race like crazy.. can you try a different shake for your next one?  

It took me 4 days to go into Ketosis and then everything smothed out. It will get better. Hang in there.

I'm so sorry you're having such a tough time with it!  Today is day one for me too.  I've had two shakes today and a boat load of water, so far.  Maybe I'm just plain weird, but I'm not hungry at all.
