I am still on my liquid diet and that is going okay, I am so sick of soup/water and juice.  Now I am starting to feel tired fast. I am down 14 pounds so far. I am so ready for soft food. I want to go swimming tomorrow but I am too scared I will get tired fast.

I wouldn't go swimming at less than 2 weeks out. You can't be sure all your incisions are well healed and you are asking for a infection.

I am 20 days out from a revision and I still tire easily in the afternoon, and take a nap every day.

Pit takes time to get over major surgery and anesthesià.

I was given the ok to swim two weeks out by my surgeon. If he/she gave you the go ahead, then go for it. Being tired at this stage is totally normal. You are consuming so little calories, and you body is not used to it.  Just take it easy and slow while swimming.

I am 2 weeks in to my pre-op diet. I too am tired a great deal and often  hit a wall that was never there before? suppose normal at such low calorie input?

Weight is falling off however. that's good.

Hungry most of the time and all to crabby occasionally? not so good.

Still positive overall
